Vendor Registration Form

 

Booths:
In order to book a spot at the Spirits of the Earth Festival you are required to fill out our Vender Registration Form in addition to your Guest Registration. We have 13 vendor spots available and we hope to have representation from a wide variety of merchants. This is designed to give you maximum exposure.
Please Note: Vending spaces do not include chairs, tables, shelters or tarps!

Costs:
In addition to the regular admission (if camping), the cost of vending is $50 flat rate for the entire week. Cut off date for registration of vendors is June 13. The vending fee includes a brief mention in the festival's "Registration Package" and on the website "Vendor's" page. A “Link” may also be established on our website, to either a webpage or an email.

Times of Operation:
Vendors may arrive and setup on the Monday night before the festival begins. If you are not attending for the entire week, set up hours are from 8:00am-10:00am. Operation on Tuesday night is completely optional. We suggest that Vendors have their tables ready and open by 10:00 am and remain open until at least 5:00pm from Wednesday until Saturday, and close no earlier than 1:00pm on Sunday. These times maximize your exposure, and are completely suggestive.

Advertising Booklet and Website:
If you would like to maximize your exposure you may also place an Ad in the "Registration Package", at a very reasonable cost.

DIRECTIONS:

  • Open our Vendor webform.

  • Fill in the required fields.

  • We suggest you save a copy for yourself by clicking on "Save a Copy"

  • Click the "Submit" button at the bottom.

  • Click the "Send" button.

  • If staying overnight, fill out the Guest Registration Form.

  • If offering a workshop, fill out the Workshop webform.

  • Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted.
