Booths:
In order to book a spot at the Spirits of the Earth Festival you are
required to fill out our Vendor Registration Form in addition to
your Guest Registration.
We have limited spots available and we hope to have representation
from a wide variety of merchants. This is designed to give you maximum
exposure.
Please Note: Vending spaces do not include chairs, tables, shelters or
tarps!
Costs:
In addition
to the regular admission, we have 2 options for our
vendors. All fees are a flat rate for the entire week.
Cut off date for
registration of vendors is June 13.

Times of Operation:
PREMIUM vendors may arrive and setup on the Monday night before the
festival begins. If you are not attending for the entire week, set up
hours are
from 8:00am-10:00am.
Operation on Tuesday night is completely optional. We suggest that Vendors
have their tables ready and open by 10:00 am and remain open until at
least 5:00pm from Wednesday until Saturday, and close no earlier than
1:00pm on Sunday. These times maximize your exposure, and are completely
suggestive.
Advertising Booklet and Website:
If you would like to maximize your exposure you may also place an Ad in
the "Registration Package", at a very reasonable cost.
