When is The Festival?
This year the festival will be running from Tuesday July 7- Sunday
July 12, 2015.
Can I Bring My "Fur Babies"?
Sorry for any inconvience, however pets are not allowed on the premises
for the safety of all guests.
Can I Come for One Day or One Night?
Yes! We do offer Play All Day/Night passes.If you would like to attend
for a weekend Fri-Sun, we do also have weekend passes available.
Do I Have to Make a Reservation?
You are not required to reserve your spot. We do offer a discounted rate
during our early bird special, however payment must be received before
May 1st. We do not have designated camping sites, these are based on a
first come first serve basis. Please keep in mind we do also offer day
passes, and any registration is accepted at the door (cash only).
How Do I Make Payment?
As a community driven event, entry fees are directly tied to the cost
of organizing and running the event. We are dedicated to providing the
best value possible for the best price possible. We accept a Email $ Transfer,
Cheque, Money Order, Paypal(Visa/Mastercard/Debit), or Cash for pre-registration.
We only accept cash at the door, sorry for any inconveniences. Please
note that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Is Childcare Available?
Children are more then welcome to attend Spirits of the Earth Festival,
however the children that accompany you are your responsibility.
Can I sell my wares to help offset the costs of
YES! Spirits of the Earth festival strives to support the array of talents
available in our community, and understand that some families who may
not be able to afford to attend otherwise could benefit from selling their
What About Food?
Spirits of the Earth Festival offers a breakfast (9-10am) and dinner (6-7pm)
for a minimal cost of $100 for the entire 6 days (5 Dinner/5 Breakfast).
There will only be 2 options available Omnivore (Meat) and Vegetarian.
We are no longer able to accomodate for special diet restrictions! Please
review the posted menu, and if it does not coincide with your dietary
restrictions you may prefer to provide your own meals. Meal passes are
ONLY available if purchased prior to the event, in order
to help our kitchen witch keep her sanity. Alternatively you may purchase
your registration at the door, however all meal passes MUST
be purchased prior to the event. Otherwise you may bring your own food,
and Grocery stores are also located near by. Click

What about my Garbage?
EVERYONE attending the festival will be expected to take
ALL their garbage and recyclables home with them as the
camp facilities can no longer handle the volume we generate. Thank you
for your consideration and understanding. There are recycling bags and
garbage bags available at the registration desk.

Note: Prices are in Canadian funds. In order to qualify for the pre-registration
discount registrations must be received by 6pm on June 13th.
What Should I Bring?
This time of year Southwestern Ontario is perfect for camping, days are
full of sunshine and the nights are warm. Rain is always a possibility
so come prepared. Bring that extra blanket just in case. We also ask that
you bring any musical instruments to the festival. We always gather in
the evenings for drumming, dancing, singing and more, so why not join
in the fun? Also bring Bug Spray, you never know what they are going to

based spirituality, those who would like to get back to nature, and those
with an open mind.
